3. Regularly check the ink pump and ink pad of the T-shirt direct printing machine. For ink cartridges, if the ink pump does not rotate or the speed cannot meet the ink supply demand, the ink supply motor will continue to run. If the ink cartridge is short of ink for a long time or the ink cartridge is in the ink supply state for a long time, it must be replaced in time. Is the ink pad loose? It needs to be fixed to protect the nozzle.
4. Before starting the machine, check whether there are any objects accumulated above and around the printing machine. It is necessary to maintain good hygiene around the machine environment and check the ink supply every day. When the ink is about to bottom out, the ink must be replaced in time to prevent air from being sucked into the ink tube.
5. After shutting down, control the digital T-shirt printing machine head to its original position to avoid re-cleaning the nozzle when you turn it on next time, which will waste a lot of ink, and the nozzle will be sealed by the protective cover in its original position. Otherwise, the nozzle will not be easily clogged, ensuring the service life of the nozzle and machine, and saving a lot of ink supply costs and resources.
